After my eBay ban 2 weeks ago my life just turned into a real nightmare. My doctor even prescribed me with some antidepressant drugs. I was just not capable anymore of dealing with all this pressure.
I used to be an eBay power seller for 8 years. My feedback score was 99.7%. On a sunny Monday morning, after I just completed a meeting with my fulfillment company, suddenly all my listings were taking down by eBay. First I thought, that this might be some error. However, after talking with this guy on the eBay Power Seller hotline, it became shocking reality that eBay decided to suspend my account indefinitely.
After I realized I would never get back my old account, I knew the only chance to get back my business was to start all over again with a new eBay account.
I did a lot of research online, based on that, I got a new credit card, deleted my cookies and used a PO Box address. After I signed up for a new account it usually took less than 48 hours until I was hit with another eBay suspension. For some mysterious reason eBay was always able to link the new accounts to the ones already suspended.
I started to read different guides on how to get on eBay. The Author of Beat eBay Suspension Peter Bergmann seems to understand best, the technology and sneaky methods applied by eBay to suspend accounts.
After I purchased the book I still had some questions, as I have to admit I am not that smart with computers. I was kind of positively surprised by the level of support provided by Bergmann; it never took longer than 12 hours to get a reply to an email. In my specific situation I might would not have been able to open a new eBay account without Bergmann’s personal support.
The only negative is the price, as this guide is not cheap. However, at the end it is worth the investment if you consider that this eBay suspension method is really working and the free support provided by Bergmann.
Did Amazon Suspend your account?

I am a long time Amazon power seller; recently I was banned by Amazon. I am not sure why Amazon suspended my account, all they told me is that my account is linked to another suspended account.
Amazon used to be my main source of income for the last 8 years. I had more than 150 000 positive feedback’s and my feedback score used to be 99.7% before Amazon banned me.
I tried to contact Amazon via their power seller hot-line, as they used to be very supportive and helpful. However, this time I was deeply disappointed when I tried to discuss my ‘Amazon banned’ issue with them.
They supervisor were acting very arrogant, I asked him what I did wrong that Amazon banned my account. He just refused to give me any details for the reason of my suspension. I believe I should at least have deserved some kind of warning, before Amazon banned me.
My business is almost destroyed, my sales are 100% down, I have more than 40 000$ usd worth in stock in my fulfillment center, which I am not able to sell, all because Amazon banned my account. I have 1 girl and one baby boy. I also have to pay my mortgage for my house. Since I was banned by Amazon my life turned into a real nightmare. There is no alternative auction website, which delivers the same massive exposure to potential buyers, as Amazon does.
I need to find a way how to get a new working Amazon account without being banned again. I am sure there must be way. If you have been banned as well, and you found a way how to get back on Amazon, let me knw.
eBay Suspended, are there any eBay alternatives?

It has been almost five years; I started using eBay for shopping, it has always been a good experience shopping on eBay. Most of the items I have bought in my home are from eBay, I have got excellent discounts on some products and most of the products bought are great.
However few days back, I felt I need to explore other shopping websites as well. Most sellers have great customer service; however, eBay customer service really sucks. If you send them an email it takes days until they reply and than their answer does not really relate to your question.
When I decided to look for an alternative auction website, my main concerns were, whether the products on the website were sold by a trust worthy seller and product quality. I was looking for a place with some ‘buyer’and ‘seller’ protection when shopping. More >
My eBay Banned Story

This this is one of the best experiences I ever had on an online shopping website. I cannot stop myself from sharing my experience with you about eBay. Yes eBay was helpful at the right time when I needed. I read a lot of horror stories online about how eBay was banning innocent sellers and poor customer service. However, this was so different from what I read online.
My wife had been pestering me to buy a new refrigerator, as the old one was in a very bad condition. After few months of pestering, we bought a new refrigerator. We were using the old refrigerator for almost last 10 years. So we were very happy with the new one as it saved a lot of electricity.
After one month, my company asked me to move to Europe on a long term assignment for 3 years. The hurdle was shifting the family over to Europe. We had to give way all the items in the house. More >
Why I love & hate eBay

I am here to share my experience with eBay, I have been buying a lot of items on different websites. Last month I bought a children’s alphabet reader from eBay. I was also banned from eBay last month, because I became victim of a phishing email. However, I was able to restore the account after a lot of work.
This experience was disappointing. However, what really upset me is that the last item i bought on eBay did not have all the features mentioned in the eBay auction, and the audio quality was very poor. It was clearly not as described. My girlfriend was mad at me, because my two year old son was not even looking at it. When I contacted the eBay seller, the answers from him was very rude and he did not even offer me to send a replacement for this product. I believe this eBay seller deserves to get banned, as they give eBay a bad name. More >
How evil is eBay?

eBay banned my account last week, this was a bad experience for me on this shopping portal. In the past I have bought many items from eBay and the service was quite good every time. However this time I planned to sell an item through eBay and the response from the portal was not encouraging and till now I am not able to sell it.
I am school teacher by profession, I teach in a small school near Cambridge. But I stay in Cambridge and commute every day. Most of the students I teach are from poor families. I was an eBay “phishing” victim; how other people took over my account

“Success has many enemies”. This sentence has become more relevant to me today. EBay has decided to suspended my account. PayPal and eBay think that I am not shipping out any products to customers .
I received fifteen PayPal “item not received disputes” in the last two weeks. The common complaint is that the product has not been shipped. This is the weirdest thing that ever happened to me because I have not had any product sale on eBay since last three weeks. I was on a holiday the entire last month. So how could any customer complain against me? The only thing that could have happened is, my eBay account has been accessed and misused by somebody else. I am a real eBay addict eBay, I always sell and also hunt for bargains. Recently I found a nice fancy pen for sale. The pen was only 4$ so I decided ordered this pen on eBay. After few days I received this pen from the seller. The seller also wrote in a mail to me asking for the feedback on the pen. I wrote back saying him that the pen was very good and I liked his product very much and also mentioned that I will give positive feedback.
In the next few days he replied to my mails thanking for the feedback and also said that he had a small scale industry which does all the stationeries. He asked me whether I wanted to be a part of his company by doing a part time job. This sounded exciting to me and I agreed. He said he had a contact person in my city and my primary job will be to sell these items and I would get a 1$ profit on each item sold. He also said me to deposit 500$ with his representative as security deposit, which will be given back to me, whenever I decide to quit this work. He gave me the address of the representative and also informed me to collect a receipt for the amount I am going to pay. He said that there are 500 representatives working all over the world for him and they earn easily around 300$ per month by selling his products. More >
